Does the metal muff sound fine through solid state until i can get a tube amp. It may be a while before i can get a tube amp because although i can afford one i live in the middle of nowhere and unless i decide on a peavey classic or a traynor it's a 7 hour + drive to get an amp.

The metal muff is a distortion pedal and not an od correct?

yeah. it shoudl work and sound good. everyone will tell you blah blah blah tube tube tube but honestly SS is good as well. Tube just sounds a bit better... but for now i guess your setup will work

Not a fan of the metal muff.

ITs a fuzz pedal, i couldn't really do anything with it.. It's good for bedroom practice I spose
