im learning BYOB by system of a down, and playing it isnt my problem.
while playing, my shoulder and wrist become VERY tired from the super fast riff.
are there any ways to devolop good stamina for songs like this?

Keep playing it over and over with rests in between until it stops happening.
Heads will roll. Throats will be slit. Blood will flow like springs of water.

Adjust the strap? It might reduce some of the tension on your should/wrist.

That coupled with continual practice.

just keep playing it. It should strengthen your shoulder/wrist. Or, maybe work out or lift weights?

Being properly fit like, going to the gym, having good muscle tone in your arms, breathing reguarly while playing etc will help with things like this.
