Which one should I buy?
I'm into rock/metal.

Rap is music, far better than metal for example. id much rather hear about hoes and anal sex than dragons and supressed homosexuality.

VOX completely owns the other 2 by a long shot.

I think that Crate has a full tube in the same range though
#4
don't buy any of them, just save a little bit more and get a decent tube combo
#5
Vox.

Or get a Blackheart.

I'd definitely go for the VOX, no question.
Main gear
Guitars
Shine ST420F
Epiphone 1966 Limited Edition G-400
Martin DX1K
Amps
1976 Silverface Champ
Egnater Tweaker 112 combo

why another thread?

i'll repeat what i said:

Vox.
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.

I agree, if this is out of the question then get the Vox.

If you plan on gigging/jamming, save for a 30-watt tube combo.

If you're just doing bedroom practice and don't need too many models or effects, go Vox.

If you're just doing bedroom practice and want a wide array of effects to toy around with, then honestly, I think you should go with the Spider.

Line6 is junk. I'd go with the Vox.

Or a Blackheart

EDIT: Just read TS's other thread. He's considering keeping the MG, that's why it's an option

out of those 3, the Vox

Roland Cube 30x ? i've heard these are the best for high gain modelers in the price range. or, if you dont need the effects (which i dont think are really worth it anyway.) i would suggest something like a Peavey Transtube .

seriously, analog solid state >>> low end modeling.

I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
