I have called all the stores in my area that supposedly are dealers of the Feiten system, but none of them actually do it anymore. I just want to know how much it would cost to get installed. Has anyone here had their guitar retrofitted with it and can you give me an idea of how much a store would typically charge to install it? I really have no idea for all I know it could be $30 it could be $300. Thanks.

playing by yourself is like masturbating, sure it feels great, but it's nothing compared to the real deal.

Just google "Buzz feiten tuning system install" and call the first company that comes up to get an estimate on price.

On most guitars, all you have to do is replace the nut with the BFTS nut.

You might want to consider getting an Earvana Compensated Nut instead.

^I'd let a pro look at it. Once you get into the technicalities of screws...well, it's just a place you don't want to be, friend.

Thanks, I'll do that.
Those earvana nuts look pretty good, but does anyone have any experience with them? I just want to know how well it really works. Same goes for the BFTS and any other offset nuts.
