Set it to whatever sounds best to you. The only rule you should really follow is to not turn your mids down a lot, your guitar sound won't be heard very well in a band situation.

Isn't that an early version of the marshall MG?
I usually like alot of bass, good amount of mids, cut treble.

it's the old mg series. i bought my G50rcd years ago.

anyway, make sure you're on clean. if that speaker is anything like my old one, it cant take too much.
