There are many bands out there that use Drop C:

Killswitch Engage, August Burns Red, Underoath,Bullet for My Valentine and some Breaking Benjamin, and frankly most Metalcore bands out there.

Drop C is a fun tuning to play in, and there are many songs to choose from, so have fun .
Got a question about Baritone guitars? Feel free to PM me.

Thanks to UG, I converted from Metalcore to some "real" Metal.

When i play in drop C. I normally play Killswitch Engage

Try:
Life To Lifeless (pretty easy)
Fixation on the darkness
Self Revolution

Or Tune your Low E back up to D and play some All That Remains.

All That Remains is awesome, but there has been a lot of controversy as to what tuning they play in, Drop D or D-standard (whole step down on all strings). Personally, I think its in D-standard because of how the open pm-ing sounds.

KSE - Fixation on the Darkness, Holy Diver (all of their songs pretty much, but these are easier)
Shadows Fall - A Fire Burns in Babylon

I always play my drop D songs in drop D too. You can't play along with the band but it sounds more metal to me hehehe.
