So anyone have any bands/songs that just mellow them out and make them happy no matter what? For me its definitely Bob Marley. I swear I can NEVER be in a bad mood when there's some Marley playing. So what you guys got?

SO if Janne and Alexi did a gay porn, would I be the only one willing to buy it?

That's a dumb question, you know everyone in here would buy it too. I know I would!

As a matter of fact, i find the song pretty Feel-Good, but that's just me.
Though i did just take the chance for an obvious pun.

The first band that ALWAYS pops into my head first and foremost is:

The Six Parts Seven

They're one of THE most relaxing bands I know, and the fact that it's mellow AND musically technical is a feat, IMO.

yea the song by itself is pretty feel-good, but then i saw the video clip and it had this really depressing aura to it, and the song then always reminded me of the clip.

the whole demon days album is pretty gritty, there first album is pure sunshine and lollipops, two tottaly different moods

Really?
Sounds more like you're reffering to the few songs that were in the charts.
the rest of the album is some of the more depressing stuff ive ever heard.

I find Coheed & Cambria never fails to cheer me up, especially The Suffering and A Favor House Atlantic. I can be totally depressed and wondering why I'm here on this earth and feeling so alone, and C&C will be one of the only things that cheers me up.

Oh, and I agree with One Week...that song is just so funny and upbeat, I can't help but stay sad when I listen to it.

sly and the family stone. i live in the snowiest city in the country(?) or maybe new york state, and so naturally ive been confined to my dorm room for much of the past 4 months. about a month ago we had a freakish day where it warmed up to about 45 degrees, which, wen youve been conditioned to sub-freezing temperatures for such a long time, feels FANTASTIC. me and a bunch of my friends skipped classes that day, took a walk outside and smoked. i must've listened to Fresh 5 times that day. ofcourse im now sitting in 2 and 1/2 feet of snow but so it goes...

It is literally impossible for a human being to frown while listening to Yakety Sax. I just made that up, but I assume it's true. My gut told me so.

Others (for me) include Binge and Grab, LTE's Biaxident, You Shook Me All Night Long, EWF's Shining Star, Stevie Wonder's Uptight, and Linus and Lucy

This Empty Flow.
