I think all distortion pedals which aren't in a multi-effects units (including distortion/overdrive modelers) are analog.

^ The vast majority of distortion stomp boxes, including most of Digitech's are analogue. They make the Distortion Factory, Hot Rod and Metal Master, which are digital; the Death Metal, Grunge, Screaming Blues, Bad Monkey and Hot Head are all analogue.
