Well music videos are copywritten just like most songs right? Do the RIAA or another similar company go out and look for people to sue over owning music videos?

Yes, that is basically what I think it will amount to. But did the RIAA ever implement that MP3 players are a form of piracy since ripping your own music is piracy to them?
