Which song would you say has the most pinch harmonics?

My vote is for the live version of "Crazy Train" from this years Scream Awards.
#2
Not quite sure.

Though I say Welcome Home by Coheed & Cambria has the most useless Pinch Harmonics.

Really? I love them.

Anyway, anything by Zakk Wylde. There, the thread is pretty much over.

I like the song and all, but seriously. Sometimes they're put so out of place.

Zakk Wylde. Seriously.

what happened to the proposed Kirk Hammett flamenco album?

His acoustic didn't sound good with wah pedal, I suppose.

Upper Decker by the Red Chord. I have no idea how they get their pinch harmonics to sound like that.

Zakk.

Second place: Billy Gibbons. Only his are less evident and used in solos, rather than at any *squeal* given opportunity.

Agreed on both counts. Billy Gibbons is the original pinch-abuser.

i think youll find John Sykes' squeals blow Zakk "boy" Wylde out the water - he does it with less gain but superior technique, feel and vibrato

he has such massive hands and strong fingers, ive seen him bend the low E string at 15+fret right the other side of the board - plus when he shook my hand, christ, he nearly crushed it

John is far the better player to Zakk - also wrote the legendary 1987 album....

Also a big influence *squeal* on Zakk.

I like when they're used at the end of a musical phrase, especially when it contrasts some deep-sounding chords. I like some of Zakk's pinchings, but he often overdoes it, especially when playing Randy Rhoads' and Black Sabbath songs.

Did you hear how he plays Crazy Train?

Yeah, anything by Zakk Wylde...

Back during the days around Ozzy's "No More Tears", he was an AMAZING player. Each time he used a pinch harmonic akin to how he does now (like in the solo to Ozzy - "Desire"), it sounds awesome and ripping.

Nowadays he sounds like he's run out of ideas and is strangling his guitar out of frustration. The harmonics are the guitar's screams of pain...

At the VH1 Rock Honors, he totally ruined Crazy Train with the harmonics. I don't mind if you throw them in here and there, but do not taint the works of the great, late Randy Rhoads.

/rant.

Plus One.

No More Tears = one of my favourite albums EVAR

The song itself has an awesome use of harmonics in the main riff.

I have no clue who uses as many pinches as Zakk or Billy, but my personal favorite use of pinches has to go to Bring Me The Horizon. They just always seem to fit perfectly.
#39
I'd say Steel Dragon - Long Live Rock n' Roll

My favourite squealer has to be Dave 'Snake' Sabo, Skid Row, he does, well, just very cool.
