GNC weightgainer (lots of Whey Protein) and Creatine. Drink lots of water and eat lots of food.......eggs, tuna ect. Then work out like your life depended on it.......trust me it works. I actually had to stop taking supplements because I was gaining too much weight.

Just remember, never work out with weights etc two days in a row. Always wait one-two days in between. The whole point of working out is to wear down muscles, and then build them up again, so if you don't wait this simply wont happen. However you can still run and stuff like that almost as much as you want, so it's no excuse for sitting on your ass

I have a tip: A good old burger two times a week and a bigass flatscreen with somthing interestng on it.... I mean REALLY interesting.If its porn, abused animals, teletubbies, american chopper what evver you just have to be able to look at it for 8-10hours a day AT LEAST! And trust me! the fat will come to you.

so turn to suppliments? why not just get FIT and accept your body for what it is, your metabolism will slow down someday, enjoy being skinny without trying while it lasts
