Help me out on this guys? We're all celebrating St. Patrick's Day today due to the fact that it's on a Monday and we either all got school or work that day and Tuesday, so it's celebration night tonight with guiness, bailey's, etc., all we're missing is some good ole fashioned Irish rock/metal

Any suggestions?

Dropkick Murphys will be your best bet, Saw Doctors are pretty decent as well and all the usual suspects Pogues, Dubliners, etc

Pfft.

Viking/Folk metal is where It's at.

Look up some Ensiferum/Elvenking (although they're from Italy...), and maybe even some Wintersun.

EDIT: Also, Finntroll and Korpiklaani

I would never, never want to drink to that ****.

Actually, your best bets here are DKM and Flogging Molly, I've always enjoyed drinking to them on St. Patrick's Day

They're Scottish pirates, not really suited for Celtic/Irish rock

The Levellers.

They're actually English but only a generation or two removed from Irish immigrants and play Irish folk inspired rock.
