I love the transition from the clean part to the metal part. Your tone is also pretty cool but in my opinion could use more treble but thats probably just me. You rythems also well developed
you also sound like Arsis. (thats a good thing) i also like the way the song builds on itself and especially how you transition from riff to riff. I also liked the way you ended the song. Btw what do you use to record?

and please crit mine

Around 1:15 and again at 1:40 that chord sounds out of tune... is your guitar intonated well? Every other chord sounds fine... or maybe its a weird flat that sounds a little disturbing in the progression?

Very cool arrangement. I love the intro and how it leads into a dragging metal sound. The whole thing goes together very well. The melody is catchy, and at some parts reminds me of something I can't think of currently.

The cymbals were a little synthetic sounding being so loud in the mix.. and the part where it breaks down and the cymbal comes through the left side only is odd in the headphones. It makes it very obvious you used a computer to produce the drums.

I like the song, and your playing. I think the guitar may need a little setup, though.

I really like this song, it has an epic feel. Very well recorded, your tone's really nice. That cymbal is a bit annoying, too loud. The part around 1:50 is really cool and I like the way you ended it. This song was really enjoyable to listen to.

I like it a lot, although I believe it could use some more change in it's pattern... You know?

But, seriously, do you mind if I build off of it? Make a variation? Of course I'd provide your credit too, but I just want to see what I can do with it...

type as i listen

the beginning was kinda cool, you did a good job with the build up.

so far it seems to be just riffing, no real strong melody, but the riffing is top notch!!! very catchy.

the chorus part was pretty cool, it was tough to decipher some of the notes, things seemed to blend together very strongly, maybe it was an effect you were using?>?? maybe cut down on the effects?

try and add a strong melody to this, it seems to drag on, either vocals or a guitar lead would fit pretty well, probably vocals though. good structure though with the song, developed well.

ps, i liked the beatcraft (sounded like it) drums :-D
dude, what about an actual solo in death metal instead of that poof from linkin park. Think of Pulse of the Maggots - Bed Of Razors

I love your tone, and the Dream Theater like writing is obvious. Even the drums sound like Mike (programmed, I'm guessing?) and the riff around 2:12 is my favorite part.

cuz ppl hate how power metal they are cuz they think its "gay" or w.e, which is immature and dirogitory

Wow this was really good. Great tone, and even the drums sound pretty good. What effect do you have starting around 2:10, it sounds really cool. The layers throughout were really good though, I liked it a lot.

That sounds pretty badass man. Guitars (obviously) sound too low in the mix, but the transitions and rhythms are pretty good. I would have like something a little smoother to transition in the initial clean-heavy part, but that's just me. Overall sweet song man.
