Does anyone here know that playing the 5th fret on each string apart from g string(when its the fourth fret) is exactly the same as playing the next string up?
Only becasue lots of tabs are written like this:

E----------
B----------
G----------
D-----7---
A-------5--
E

and it should be written like
E---------
B----------
G-----2---
D-------0--
A----------
E

Learn your notes.

EDIT: OMG! Did you know that once you pass the 12th fret, the neck repeats itself?!

Yea... That's how you tune by ear.

I find doing a harmonic on the 5th fret and a harmonic on the 7th fret on the next string is easier. You can hear the sound vibrations much easier.

No way, dude bro. Really?
Dear God, do you actually answer prayers?

Yes, but only in a way indistinguishable from random luck or the result of your own efforts.

No it shouldnt.
It doesnt matter, as long as it sounds the same

Playing 5-7-7-6-x-x sounds heavier than x-0-2-2-2-x

The bottom 3 strings give more bass to the tone.

So instead of going from the 14th fret on the high E to the 12th fret on the high B, you should go from the 14th fret to the 7th fret on the high E?

I smell a troll, but you're rather stupid in any case.
I'm a communist. Really.

Have you found out Santa Claus isn't real yet?

And there's no Silicon Heaven, apparently.
But if that's the case, where do all the calculators go?

Most guitarists will write or tab a song in one area of the neck or one box out of sheer convenience and ease of playability. Most people don't write fast metal and that kind of stuff down in first position. Of course people know the notes are in that other place too, those two notes are all over, but the song might be played on the 7 and 5 one and the rest of it might be in that area.
