Here's a badly 5 minute made photoshop of what I'm thinking of.
I'm planning on getting such a guitar made.
First, I wanted a Randy Rhoads, but I decided it's gonna last for years, and I want something in wich I will never change my taste. I always liked superstrats, but with Vs I sometimes love it, and sometimes hate it (changes every half year or so xD).

So the idea is to order parts from warmoth, paint it the Caparison way, get a maple Jackson neck+fretboard with no inlays and scallops and a mahogany soloist body. Schaller trem, 22 frets (stainless steel)
Dimarzio Evolution Neck humbucker, Caparison PH-R bridge humbucker (H-H setting). I already own both.
EMG Afterburner, one volume (Dimarzio potentiometer ftw), a 3 way switch, and maybe I'll paint the headstock black xD.

What do you guys think about this idea?

Eventhough it's a different guitar, check out a real Jackarison:

You've read it, you can't un-read it!

I've seen those before . The Falcon was pretty much the precursor for the Horus.

I like the Red Sunset finish better though xD

It's a very nice finish indeed.

Although I'm very biased towards SE Orange.

That purple one on the far right...

I'd tap that.

I'm quite fond of the new ESParisons though. ESP MV-CTM in deep ocean FTW.
Heads will roll. Throats will be slit. Blood will flow like springs of water.

As on Mattias' Applehorn?
It's okay, I guess. Wouldn't mind having such a guitar at all, I just think that the Red Sunset is more...well...Funky xD

Red Sunset is the way for me. I just like it, and somehow it also reminds me of the guitar sound on Freak Kitchens album "Organic"/(orgasmic) (not a reason to pick a finish though :p. I'll probably play more Steve Vaiish and Children of Bodom/Sinergy stuff on it though.

mafropetee: that purple one is also the sh*t. Nice guitar.

I think those ESPs looks like boring Horuses. Still cool guitars, but no Horus...ES

(I wonder why they're so fond of 27 frets in Japan...)
