Ok should be one for us amp geeks, I'm looking for a rough bass tone, preferrebly metal/punk, but I just can't figure out the EQ..dont go too techy on me here I'm pretty much a newbie to EQ. So little help!

Heres the specifics..

BC Rich Platinum Warlock through a Laney RB4
7 Band EQ
The built in Compresser I always have on.

Probably a dumb thread for some but..meh, Thanks in advance!

Bales, you blatantly ripped it off fitz

Isn't that what acolytes do?

Somewhere buried in Fitz' profile amongst the gospels is a blog about EQing. As always with Fitz it is highly informative and a good read.

Alright punk, you wanna tango? ...

...Cause I know this great little latin club dowtown that plays latin dance music all night long. It should be fun. We should make a night of it, maybe catch a flick or something.

and t3hrav3n wins the thread. And since the TS has his answer, on that note I am going to close this before it gets even more spammy than it is now.
