Ok. I've got a custom strat, and It has major buzzing when you get to the 10th or so fret.

Now, I hate this guitar, it was a present. The only other guitar I have is an Ibanez RG which has the worst tone quality ever. So, I really don't care what happens to the strat, I'll do all the work myself because I don't want to waste a single penny on it. I need to save up for a good guitar like a Firebird lol.

OK, so how does one fix thy buzzing?

Sounds like a truss rod adjustment. Take it in get it set up professionally and ask if its ok to watch. If you have never played a guitar that has been set up right you will be pleasantly surprised.
