Led Zeppelin - How The West Was Won. It's currently Metacritic's top 3rd rated album in their database I think, or something in the top 5.

Masters of Reality - Flak 'n Flight.

It's definitely the best sounding live record I've heard, and I have many, many live albums and bootlegs.

Eric Clapton - Unplugged

The live performance of "Old Love" has got to be one of favorite songs of all time

Gotta say "Band of Gypsys"

Why has Kirk Hammett not been in G3? Figure Joe has invited him but he is too busy with Metallica?

Skin And Bones- Foo Fighters.
I usually hate listening to live music, the screams and not being able to hear them clearly annoys me, but this album, I just love.

Edit: Oh, and Unplugged in New York- Nirvana

I own Pink Floyd live at Pulse. I remember their rendition of Another Brick in the Wall Part II was absolutely horrendous without Waters

yeah, it's definitely not the best, but the Comfortably Numb solo is absolutely mindblowing.
