Intonation is easy enough:

Tune the Guitar to the wanted tuning
Then you want to check from the lightest string, finger with normal pressure on the 12th fret of the guitar
Check the pitch of that note, then adjust the bridge with a small screwdriver

If the pitch is too low, then move the saddle towards the neck
If the pitch is too high, then move the saddle away from the neck

keep going till its in tune, then do each string the same way

just be careful with ur finger pressure, it is sensitive and will affect the pitch

Just to clarify, you'll need a chromatic or at least an electronic tuner for this.

The twelfth fret is the same note as the string, just an octave up, so the high 'E' 12th fret should read somewhere about 'E' on your tuner. Follow Snapple's guide above, tells you exactly what you need to know. I just intonated my Cort - pretty easy when you know how.

just to add to the instruction a little more,

you will want to tune the open string after every intonation screw adjustment.

so you are checking the open note, comparing that to the fretted 12th, and comparing that to the 12th fret harmonic.
adjusting the screw then tuning the string, and starting over.
