Can't be bothered with the chords, but I'm pretty sure the key is C#m (unless you take off the capo, then it's Bm). The first chord is a C#+5 but like I said I can't be bothered

Which part ? Because the two parts go together, guitar 1 and two so they need to be in the same key !

The second part is E major, but E and C#m are parallell keys so they have the same notes in them, i.e. the same scales work over both chords even though you'll want to pay attention to your phrasing a bit.
