Hi there, my friend has been playing bass for about a year and no longer has a bass amp so she needs a new one. She has a budget of £150 and asked me for advice..... but i have no idea, i play lead guitar! I reckon she could stretch to the Roland Bass cube 20 thingy at about £175, but i was just wondering if any more were worth considering? What is the best bass amp for £150?

look at the Peavey Max series great little practice amps, I bought the Max 112, which is 35-40 watts for $200 CDN, not sure how many pds that would be.

cheers for the peavey link.

And I know there is a best for £100, but she wants to spend £150 so she can get something a bit better
