Harmonic minor. Scales aren't box shapes; read the theory sticky.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

That's a C# Harmonic Minor Scale. As Arch said, scales aren't box shapes. While you have given one acceptable way of playing the scale, if you play the notes in a C# harminic minor scale elsewhere on the neck, it will still be C# harmonic minor.
