i thought tht program only worked through your Cpu??

well if your got your laptops (that you hopefully have) head phone out and get a audio adapter and run that into a Cab

it might work
but i dont think your gonna get much wattage

try and tell me how it goes
ive wanted to try this myself

Edit: oh power amp/pre amp

yeah with that extra wattage you might have a nice pedal set-up going

Yes I have a Laptop, I dont plan on using the lineout of my computer, unless i have too, I've been hearing i need a Flat responce speaker or it will sound bad, So I've been thinking PA/ Keyboard amp, one or the other

I always pondered about doing that. ^^That way tho.

What Im wondering is how would the sound hold up at gigging volumes...

I dont think anything should go wrong if you were running it via, mixer, power amp, or active speaker

Sounds like a sensible idea, but make sure you've got the most reliable, stripped-down laptop you can find. Apparently there's something called 'tiny xp' which is like a stripped-down version of windows, maybe something like that would reduce the chance of a 'blue screen of death' halfway through your epic solo...

Also, you'll need to mess with the Speakers and Mics section once it's plugged in, or it'll probably sound like ass.
