So last night I couldn't sleep before well... 9 am this morning. I put my alarm for 2pm so I could still be a little rested, just enough to get to tonight and sleep earlier today. However my mom KNOWS for a fact I couldn't get up to save my life and I sleep ****ty (really I just cannot wake up for the life of me) yet she let me sleep until..... well now.

I went ape**** on her about this as many times I woke her up to make sure she dids oversleep and stuff, she was so evil-ish happy about it and didnt care about HOW THE FVCK AM I GOING TO SLEEP NOW?????????


See I have this tendency to worry WAY TOO MUCH about things and guess what's happening now. So Pit, this is my question to ye:

HOW THE F*CK CAN I GO TO SLEEP AT A DECENT TIME TONIGHT?????


P.s: She a friggin hypocrite as she's always anoying me about my sleep and sh*t when she obviously doesn't care. BTW she knows all this, I told her straight so Im not just bitching in her back.

Going to bed late fvcks up ur sleeping pattern. Try as hard as you can not to go to bed until 11 or something don't fall asleep in the day. It could take weeks or even months before you get ur sleeping pattern right

If he goes to bed around 10:30 every night and wakes up at the same time every morning (except weekends) it only takes about a week or 2 to get it adjusted to that.

Exactly I wanted to not sleep too much like just enough to get to midnight and THEN go to sleep.

You go ahead and TRY to sleep at a decent hour after you have been awake for 6 hours only and have slept 9 hours.

It's kinda like sleeping at say midnight, waking up at 9 am and then going back to bed at around noon.

Finally thank you for the serious answers that are coming in. Alright so I'll check my local drugstore for Tylenol PM and if I'm not asleep at 4am I shall pull and all-nighter.

Sleeping pills it will be and BTW I went to the doctor about 2 weeks ago for insomnia and also to get a paper from him to justify my abscence from College for 3 weeks. (Yes college at 17).
