there's many key's for what you've just written

E.g if your key was in fact A# the scale sequence would be -
A#,B#,C##,D#,E#,F##,G##,A#.

likewise if your key was Bb
Bb,C,D,Eb,F,G,A,Bb.

however, there are key's which may feature either an A# or Bb such as:
F Major (Bb)
D Minor (Bb)
B major (A#)
G# Major (A#).

hope that helps.

A# should not be used. It is very difficult and confusing to notate with standard notation.

I don't think that's a key signature. 3 flats would be Eb Major, but the flats are Bb, Eb, and Ab. But then the Gb would be an F# because you raise the 7th from natural minor.

There are no boring scales, just boring guitarists.

i realise that and i wouldn't think of notating in a#, however if you were to notate in A# there would be double sharps as a rule so that the scale is going from the letter A# then safely back to A#. that's all i was pointing out

You are right. The key signature would contain the Bb and Eb, and the F# would be an accidental, even if the F natural is never played in the particular song.
