Just curious, put these in order from hardest to easiest. Incorporate everything, not just speed, but emotion and evrything to get it to sound perfect, or close to perfect.

Four Horsemen... Mustaine made it so my bet is that it is going to be the hardest.

Mustaine is a drunk hypocrite.
And it's propably Seek and Destroy.

Seek and Destroy is teh easy. Just stop-and-go pentatonics.

I'd say Ride The Lightning is hardest, because it's epic AND fast. And the changing modes and stuff.

Actually the only one I've heard of those is SaD, yes it's a fast and tricky solo but I still think MoP os harder.

I don't know with the two others, gotta check them out.

No such thing as sellouts, people have to make a living. Not their fault Mustaine is out, I would have done the same if some drunk almost killed my bassist. Mustaine's voice fails anyway.

No matter how bad St. Anger can be, no James's voice to Dave's.

Awesome albums : Ride the lightning, Kill Em ALl, Master of Puppets, And justice for All, Load, Reload, The Black Album.

That's pretty much all their albums.

Enter Sandman and Nothing Else Matters are by FAR the easiest. They are both from the Black album, not a very technically challenging album. And I can play both of those solos note for note....And I suck. But Probably Ride The Lightning is the hardest. Its just so epic and awesome.

now here i am wondering why mustaine being a drunk hypocrite has to do with the quality of his solos

anyways to get on topic i think enter sandman is probably the easiest.

hardest solo would probably be blackened or something like that but thats not really on the list

Nothing Else Matters is definatelt the easiest, with RTL being the hardest of that bunch.MOP and One are not by no means easy, but they are pretty straightforward, you just need to practise speed.

I totally agree with Megallica Dude. NEM and The Unforgiven are the easiest of all metallica solos.

Nothing Else Matters/Enter Sandman (Neither require much skill)
One/Master of Puppets (Practice makes perfect)
Four Horsemen
Seek and Destroy
Ride the Lightning (Have fun practicing this)

There's my speculation.
"What are those wooden things? Chairs?"
"No, they are acoustic instruments."
"Acoustic? What's that? Oh you mean a grampa's guitar?"
"A grampa's guitar? That's for pussies and grampas. I think you know it."

funny because AJFA is without cliff, and AJFA contains One, To Live Is To Die (which contians the best solo by metallica IMO)

the black album wasent horrible either, its just bob rock made it too "radio friendly"

which I don't think no one cares about BTW.If you can compare AJFA to KA,RTL, or MOP than your high IMO.It was a good album but it did not compare to the older ones.
