I have a shot at getting one of these used locally.

I just need to know, can they support control changes as well as program changes?

Isn't that one of those counting machines with the beads in the rows standing for 1 and/or 5? It's been about 10 years since I've seen one of those, and it wasn't any Mesa.

It's a MIDI Controller, it was discontinued a while back, and I can't find ANY info on it.

The hotbar should be floating parallel to the principle axis at this point. Next, take a hammer, and beat yourself in the face while crying JIHAD. problem fixed.
