Wah or envelope filer maybe? Your description is pretty vague as pedals are made to produce certain sounds, not certain styles.

First off... If you want to play reggae, you should learn how to spell it.

REGGAE

As far as pedals go, funk usually has a lot of wah and flanger. Check out Jim Dunlop Crybaby Wah Pedals.

You may also want to check out a tremolo pedal to get some of the sounds used in funk and REGGAE.

I wouldn't recommend a Crybaby...I think they're vastly overrated. I have one, hate it hate it hate it. Almost no midrange, terrible sweep.

But yeah, a wah would be a good idea. I dunno....a Vox?
