can anyone recommend a good bass pod tone (eq/settings/amps/cabs etc) for a fender p bass?

no i have a fender p bass, im just after a really good tone for it, not too bassy, not too trebly, somewhere in between!

Find a good tone for it yourself.

That's the only way you'll get something you know is good for you. If we tell you, not only will you never learn how to wire in a good tone for yourself, but you'll also have our tone, and not your own.

So, mess around. Have some fun.

people could give lots of awesome tones but is all about preference
if you are looking for YOUR dream tone just find it YOURself
if you want others people tone then is ok to ask here

Use the "Fliptop" setting. It models an Ampeg B-15. The classic Precision tone through the classic recording studio amp in the 50's and beyond.
