I'm removing sanding sealer from a guitar body. How will I know when its totally out? I'm going to dye the wood once its off.
If you think things can't get worse it's probably only because you lack sufficient imagination.

Why must you remove all the sealer?

I think you still need to seal the body before dying it...

Because its preventing the stain from going in.

Either way, will the wood look different, or smell different, or what?
