RR1. It's made in the USA, and one of the few guitars you could say is better than somehting else (the Dean) in EVERY way

Unless you can get a USA Dean, but they are more expensive than USA Jacksons. Go for Jackson!

Jackson. No competition.

Meh, you could pick them up cheaper used.

Even still though, I'd say go Jackson, less of a hassle.

This is coming from a guy who owns Dean guitars too.

TS, You CAN'T be serious. This has to be a joke. The RR1 destroys anything Dean produces, hands down.

I'd debate that but I'm too tired right now.

Oh god, the Jackson. I like Deans, but in this case, the RR1 will be much better than any Dean.

I wouldn't say that. I would Rather have a ML than a DXMG. They have set necks and ****, and you can get em with EMGs or whatever.

And USA Deans are damn nice, but REALLY expensive.

They also feature Chinese construction, horrible fretwork, some of the worst finishing jobs I've seen, and are made of more pieces of wood than I have fingers on my hand. That said the Korean ones are made better, but I've still heard of electronics issues, and are made out of more than a few chunks of wood.
