Errm The road I must travel by The Nightwatchman (Tom Morello) And blue in the face by Alkaline Trio are both kinda easy and cool imo.

Bad Moon Rising is mostly just 1 5 4 1 starting with D, isn't it? D, A, G, D. It only varies slightly, but only uses those 3 chords if I remember correctly. One of the easiest well known songs in the world, probably.

There's a really cool chord version of Highway to Hell that I play, learned it from this video.

With capo on 3, Free Falling is unbelievably easy. The song is in the key of F, so you basically finger D Dsus Dsus D A for the ENTIRE song, including the chorus. The hardest part of this song is singing the chorus without some type of vocal echo effect.
