What styles do you play? Gigging volume needed?

Specify an actual budget, a £100-1000 gap is ridiculous...shall i go for a blackheart or epi valve Jr for one end of my budget, or a marshall Jvm or Mesa express for the other end?

Make it a bit more clear for us to give you recommendations.

Tubes and valves are the same thing, just different cultures refer to each differently.

My tip would to do some research before you commit to paying any money.

There's no difference. Valve is just the British word for tube.

Tube is the american word for valve, you can't ruin our language and think yours is better

If this is your first valve amp, I'd suggest going for something in the mid-range price wise - Peavey Valveking, Laney VC30, etc. What kind of sound are you looking for mainly?
A dwarf might hear you. What then?

You can start out by kicking the living out of that marshall mg (or selling, both would work)
