I'm thinking of getting a Jackson body, to replace the body on my Ibanez RG.

It needs to suit; the RG neck, 24 frets, a Floyd Rose (I'd love floating too) and two humbuckers.

Where would I get such a thing?

Well depending on your budget, you could just order it from Warmoth and have them meet all your criteria.

Look around on ebay for a Jackson that's decimated but with a decent body?

I shouldn't even tell you this cuz having the word "Ibanez" coming off a Jackson guitar is just about the most sacrilegious thing you can possibly do.

I could always buying something Jacksonish for it later on.
