Are these any good. I was thinking of getting the one with the maple fretboard and duncans. I play mostly metal and rock, and the occasional blues.

I'm sure that the ESP is good, but I always say you're better off with a schecter.

sounds like YOU'RE the fanboy! I've owned both. I prefer the ESP. although I wouldn't recommend against a Schecter.

thread starter, you have a couple nice guitars. why not concentrate on upgrading from that crappy Marshall MG amp? you might as well fart into a microphone with that amp.

Yeah honestly I have a mh400nt and if I join a band in the near future I will definitely pick up an MII, they play so well. As for the schecters, I sold my Hellraiser FR for cash to buy this LTD, and I definitely prefer the overall feel. To each his own, good luck man

How is that supposed to work? I said that they are great guitars for the money, which they are. He said that people should get over Schecters.. Sounds to me like you're just defending him because you have one too.

I suggest you sell some of that stuff.. get that M-II and a tube amp.
