Sorry I only play electric. Can someone please tell me what a classical guitar is. Thank you.

Classical guitar = acoustic guitar with nylon strings
(I think it can have metal strings as well though)

it's an acoustic with a short scale neck that is a good bit wider. With the wider neck the strings are farther apart as it is not meant to be played with a pick, just your fingers. And yes the strings are nylon, it makes for easy playing and a soft warm tone.
Out here you've gotta know where your towel is!

nylon strings, and the strings are spaced further apart near the bridge, tend to have wider necks, and are played in a completely different way than electric is

You mean a slotted headstock?

Never mind the nylon strings, wide fretboard, lack of a truss rod and bridge pins, and completely different body type, huh?
Sincerely, Chad.
