Well then you can't say throw away rap. There are a LOT of intelligent rap/hip-hop artists out there, I don't even consider those commercial fools 'rappers' but more 'actors with microphones on stage.' Just try not to generalize, because rap is a VERY broad term.

Actually, rap isn't a broad term. Rapping is pretty much the vocal delivery. Hip-hop is a broad term.
