So I have been playing bass for a little now and am having trouble with like triples and quad quick picking. Is there possibly any suggestions or songs that would help me?

Also, is there any good hand and wrist stretches to warm-up before playing?

There was something else I was going to ask but I forgot so I will hopefully remember soon. Sorry if this is a wasteless thread.
Knights of cydonia by muse has quite a tricky triplet pattern during the verses, especially if you are playing it with your fingers and not a pick.
I would say getting a metronome and practicing those types of picking at slower speeds and working your way up would be the best way to develop your picking, especially so that you do it cleanly.
