It seems that every time I try to improvise, I play like the same thing. Not the same notes, just like phrases, and bends. Every pattern I try is always the same length as my previous one, any help on getting new ideas?

Try listening to a new style of music and get inspiration from there. (If you are used to punk, get into some jazz, or something like that.)

just keep going, listen to music you like and try and copy the way they phrase things i had this problem and got stuck in a rut. just kept listening to the guitarists i liked and tryed copying there styles when i played and learnt some new licks and i slowly pulled myself out of the rut.
