How about using the clean channel, or just lower the volume man, or use metronomeonline.com and connect your computer to the amp or a sound system.

well yeah I tried connecting to my amp, but I dont know ether its my or metronome but the sound of the beat was killing my ears(basicly the sound was like hammering on spikes) but thanks for the site, will check it out
