Yep. In the same price range? Perhaps. Line 6 Flextone III is well worth a look.

Only thing that comes to mind is Randall... But even then i dont know about the SS volume issue and those amps... Usually take any ss past 3-5 and your gonna have some tone issue's.

My old Marshall Valvestate VS100 was really versatile. Could get a perfect marshall tube tone. Had decent cleans and plenty of gain.

Also like stated above, a used flextone..

Or a Used Line 6 HD147 but its a few hundred bucks more... but it does sound killer
