Take it to a tech and have em redress the frets. That should work. You might need to get those frets replaced, idk.
#4
try lifting the bridge
Gear:

Ibanez Iceman 400
Marshall JCM900 Combo
Korg AX1500G Multi Effects Pedal
Fender Stratocaster (original)
Roland Cube 15
12-String Acoustic
Omega Classical Guitar

Kornjack is right. Bring the bridge up, get your truss rod adjusted, and if it is a tune o' matic with a stop tail piece, bring the tail piece down a little to increase tension and lift the strings off the fingerboard a little bit.
#8
fret the low E at the first fret, at the same time,
fret the low E at the last fret, where the neck and body meet

with both places held, look at the middle frets 7-9th.

if the string lays on the fret wire there, you dont have enough relief.
if the string is more than a credit cards thickness up from the wire there, you have too much bend.

measure and repost

ok so the string touches the wire, but how do i get it off the wire?

if you want to adjust the truss rod, you can turn the nut 1/4" Counter clockwise.

that's a very small amount. dont force the turn and then let the guitar sit an hour as it settles. make sure the guitar is in tune as it settles.

do that, only turn 1/4" today and check it again tomorrow see if the string is lifted a little and if the guitar buzzes less.
