I wrote this song recently, I don't think it's very well written but it's probably the most accurate portrait of my life (as of a few weeks ago) I've ever written. That doesn't necessarily mean it's good though :P. Please tell me waht you think, leave a link and I'll return the crits asap. Much love, Ally.

You let the phone go through seven rings
Then you say, "honey, what's the matter?"
You can't be worried about me
You called two days ago."
Sarah's got your back now
You say, "It's okay to be afraid."
But you've got another meeting
You've got another phonecall
You've got another me

Is that all I am to you
Just another missed call?
I'm more than just words on a screen
I am something far more tangible
Believe me, believe me

The phone rings seven times
And I say, "I'm sorry to barge in.
It's just that I'm freezing
I'm barely breathing, I'm holding on.
I promise it's a big deal
Just tell me you'll be here."
At this point, the phone disconnects
You'll call back and say you fell asleep.

Is that all I am to you
Just another missed call?
I'm more than words on a screen
I am something far more tangible
Believe me, believe me
Can't say I was never wrong
But some blame rests on you

Work and play they're never okay
To mix the way we do
