can the Duncan Blackouts be mod with the same 18v mod as the EMG's and if so does it make a difference life it does with EMG's.

They can, not sure if it makes a difference, sure it would tho.

I haven't heard of it being done.
I'm not going to try it because I don't have any space in my control cavity of my Explorer for another battery.

apparently its not recommended as the blackouts are designed for that voltage. also its not supposed to make the difference it does on EMGs
