Im not sure how to show that the 14 is kept bent to the 16 here under the * notes. If i just leave it like that, it looks like its just a normal 2 notes, not a bent note. How to i show this?

Normally in a situation like that I'd leave some kind of note saying what to do. It isn't exactly unobvious from your tab what you mean as there is the bend in and bend out of those notes, but no doubt some people won't have a clue.

u hold the 11 fret and bend the 14th fret till it sounds like fret 16.
