Van Halen, May 23rd at madison square garden, new york

Iron Maiden, June 15th at madison square garden, new york

eric clapton, either PNC Bank Arts Center, holmdel, New Jersey or jones beach theater, wantagh, new york.

stone temple pilots, susquehanna bank center, camden, new jersey.

The Iron Maiden show is the one closest to my birthday. I can't decide which one I want to go to though.

on a side note, which one do you think it would be best to bring a chick to?

dont go to van Halen. i'm afraid to say that Eddie is past it. if you dont believe me, theres proof on youtube, tho im not arsed finding the videos. recent concert footage, and klsajflksdj, ew. he sounds horrible. go for Maiden, they put on a phenomenal live show

that sucks. I would have loved to see EVH in his heyday.

and i'm not that interested in seeing wolfgang play bass. and its the most expensive ticket. so the choices are now:

Eric Clapton

Iron Maiden

Stone Temple Pilots

if i get REALLY lucky I might be able to see 2 of them.

I've heard from one of my teachers that Clapton puts on one of the best shows, music wise of anyone he's ever seen. So if you're going for music, I'd pick Clapton. Hell, I'd still pick Clapton over any of the other shows. The man is a living legend. I don't think Maiden or STP have achieved that yet.
