I have a B-52 AT212 up on craigslist, and after having it up for about a week, someone wants to trade a Fender Hot Rod DeVille 4X10 for it. I originally had wanted to get cash for the amp to fund a 7 string, or some more recording gear, but it's not looking likely that any of that will happen. I've already got a Mesa Boogie as my main amp now, so the B-52 nothing I really need any longer. Do you think it's a fair deal?

Also, I know these amps don't really go into metal, but what kind of tones is it capable of? Could it pull off the classic David Gilmour sound well?
I'd deffinitly take that deal. Fender cleans are beautiful.
