is there really any guitar bettor in this price range, really ive been asking myself that question for a while now, i was sold on a seagull that played bettor than most taylors 300 and then i saw this in the corner and decided why the **** not it looks pretty hope it sounds good to, I was ganna settle for the seagull since i couldnt afford the D-16GTE premium and the regular D-16GT was really bad or at least the one i tried, wow this was so much like the GTE Prm i really ended up liking it more than the seagull it had bettor low end and the presence was really good now i dont wanto sound like "yah this is way bettor than a D-25 or just as good" kinda guy but these chinese are making some really great guitars and i dont know i just want some input from you fellows
I like strumming alot and i know its a 000 but it sounds so good when strumming really nice full presence
this is ganna be my first acoustic
I hate to say but i really think these things rival high end Martins and completely destroy taylors and breedloves in the price range
does anyone agree/disagree

The only thing keeping me from buying an Epiphone Masterbilt is the nut width. I bought a Seagul instead because it felt far more comfortable for me having large hands.

In my opinion, the Epiphone Masterbilt series has the best value of any intermediate acoustic today.
Sincerely, Chad.

^what seagull did you get i was ganna get a performer but when comparing with the D-16 i just new it was lacking something i really didnt care what it was or new what it was it was lacking but i was ganna take it anyway, so i played the masterbilt and then realized what it was Presence and a descent low end both of witch the seagull does alright but not amazing, but as i said bettor that Taylor or Breedlove when just allout strumming away crazy

EDIT:the thing i love about the seagull is that it holds its own agains the taylor and breedlove just picking and strumming softly but when pushed it dosent brake apart sonicly like the taylor or breedlove

I also prefer cedar tops, so that was an issue. I think as far as a low-end goes, Seagull has the best to offer. I bought the Original S6 and couldn't be happier.

^yah i now what you mean i really dont understand why people bother with higher priced martins, taylors,(500-800) that sound much crapier than the seagull and are also made of crap Id understand the breedlove if your a finger picker but the others are beyond me
I guese its like the Marshall and the MG its all about the name

Eh, I don't regret it. Women seem to like it.

The only thing I don't like is finding gloves that aren't too big or too small for me.

Also, I prefer cedar tops, so the Seagull probably would've been my choice regardless, but what drew me to it was its nut width.
Sincerely, Chad.

^have you actually eaten human flesh, or is it some sort of sexual enuendo

I was suspended in middle school for getting into a fight with a kid. Instead of swinging my fists at him (he started it), I ripped off a chunk of his arm with my teeth. No legal action was taken, but they suggested I have therapy. After I told my therapist that I'd do anything in self-defense and that it was a great way of ending the fight, he agreed with me and told me I was fine. So, technically, I am a "cannibal," though I've never actually swallowed a person's flesh.

Edit: booga booga.
Sincerely, Chad.

Hahaha.
This thread has a few laughs in it.
I think all the possibilities have been covered. If you have a look at the guitars suggested and just pick the one you like best you should walk away happy.
