I want a super strat shape, mahogany body, OFR or a nice trem, EMGs, and not gay inlays.

So far i know of hellraisers...thats about it.

Strat shape with mahogany body is hard to find.. Schecter C-1 Hellraisers are okay but if you can spend more, go to the Jackson USA selection or Warmoth.com and build your own.
Main setup:

ESP Eclipse
PRS Torero SE
Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier Roadster head, 2x12 cab
FX: Crybaby Slash Wah, Ibanez TS9x, Mesa Boogie Throttle Box, Boss TU-2, BF-3, DD-3, PS-6, RC-3, etc.

Or you could get an Ibanez RG (mahogany) and swap the pickups for EMGs afterwards.. THere's one that comes stock with EMGs but it doesn't have a trem.

Sorry for double posting.

You have to be careful with Ibanez RGs - some have an Edge III trem, which is more often than not appalling. Ibanez S series on the other hand are amazing. They have a very thin mahogany body, Wizard II neck and the ZR tremolo. They're also darned cheap, so you may have some change for a set of EMGs

I've looked at the S series, but never actually seen one.

I hear nothing but good about the ZRs, and I love ibanez guitars.
Only thing is, i dont want the 320 cause it only comes is weatherd black.
And i dont want the 470 cause I dont want a single coil. I guess i could just..not use it.

And how goofy does the input jack look, ive always liked it on the bottom..

S series guitars are beautiful, simply put, but I dunno how great they'd be with EMGS, should be alright but you'd be adding them yourself, thus putting more money onto this.

MH-400's will do the trick though, EMGs, set-through neck, albeit LFR which I don't have any experience with this specific one so watch out, but if you give us a budget it'd help.
Funny words.

Id go for a S over a MH, beings as emgs are cheaper then a ofr. And easier to install.

I played the tm-600 esp ltd goldtop its about 1000$ OFR, EMGS, afterburner (oh yes) and it has AMAZING sustain.... the push, pull after burner is really cool too when you want that extra gain.

Well, you said you already new about the Hellraisers. How about the Blackjack ATX FR? I've got pics in my blog. Basically the Hellraiser, different binding and finish, SD Blackout pickups.
