on my stratocaster when i play on the 17th fret on my d string and add some vibrato it sounds like the string is like rubbing against something or vibrating against something, its not a buzzing noise, its hard to explain. but if you understand what im saying can you help me out?

got the same problem and its not action ive tried it before i think its releated to the way we pick or the strings

it should be either low action or high pickup height.
